Union Auto Glass - Forgot my service twice and lousy customer service

My windshield was cracked due to a piece of debris from the highway.The glass company my insurance recommended me to was horrible.

Upon being connected to Union Auto Glass, my agent asked if the particular glass was in stock and the company said "yes." My appointment was set for a Friday. By 4pm on Friday, I still had no new glass and no phone call. Upon calling Union Auto Glass, I came to find that they "forgot" to put me on the schedule. Now I need to reschedule for Monday.

In the interim, over the weekend my small crack is now reaching 1/4 the way across my windshield. Monday afternoon, 4pm again. Still no new glass, no phone call. Upon calling Union Auto Glass again, I come to find that their company does not have the glass needed to replace my windshield.

The rep I spoke with claimed that I was notified via voice message twice, yet I never recieved a voice message from Union Auto Glass at either numbers I left for them. Needless to say I cancelled my repair with them, as it would have taken them 3-4 business days to get "the right glass" in stock.

Union Auto Glass services PA, NJ and DE with windshield repair and replacement.I would not recommend using them on account of being "forgotten" and then "cancelled" and not notified.

yes, the company's reputation varies, depending on the workers...

sorry you had a bad store location filled with incompetent staff

so what company did you go with instead?

personally, i had local companies that come to your parking spot in the driveway & have the whole windshield replaced at my & their convenience

warrantied against leaks for the lifetime of the glass until it gets cracked again by another flying debris on the road!
